HaorGrix provides software development, AI integration, data engineering, cloud architecture, and UI/UX design services. Specific service deliverables, timelines, and terms are defined in individual project agreements between HaorGrix and the client.

All content on this website — including design, text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of HaorGrix and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

For client projects, intellectual property ownership is defined in the specific project agreement. Unless otherwise stated, clients receive full ownership of custom-built deliverables upon final payment.

We treat all client information and project details as confidential. We will not disclose your business information to third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law.

Payment terms are defined in individual project agreements. Standard terms include:

• A non-refundable deposit to initiate the project

• Milestone-based payments tied to deliverables

• Final payment upon project completion and acceptance

• For retainer engagements, monthly invoicing in advance

HaorGrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to such claim.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
